Our history
The idea, born in Paolo Matiis that to live a fair of emotions, a journey into the taste of the tuscan territory through the return to traditional flavours, but with a touch of originality and innovation.
Our spaces
In the green spaces dedicated to the cultivation of vegetables, we have created an opportunity in which to spend a night unusual, surrounded by the harmony that nature gives us and beauty of a garden designed to impress.Every Thursday evening rendezvous pistoiese the most Green of the summer: our aperitif in the OrtoFair. We like to change and to propose always new tastes, for this reason, the Menu changes every week and follow strictly the variety and the availability of the first-fruits of our Garden.To complete our offer: a selection of local winesand of cocktail made with only tuscan products.
